Web Designer

• Create and support global Design System
• Search and presentation of concepts, development of the company's design code
• Design of main product websites for a fintech company
• Compliance with the rules for preparing design layouts: describe requirements for developers, prepare and describe components, enter them into the design system
• Collaboration with developers for better design implementation
• Conducting design reviews of ready-made websites from developers

Obligatory

• Strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design projects and expertise in various design styles
• Solid understanding of design principles, including typography, color theory, and visual hierarchy

Preferably

• 2+ years of experience in design/illustrations as a Graphic Designer or Designer Illustrator, preferably in a creative agency or similar environment
• Proficiency in industry-standard design software such as Figma/ Adobe Photoshop/ Illustrator/ Procreate/ Blender Excellent creativity and artistic skills, with a keen eye for detail and a strong sense of visual aesthetics
• Ability to effectively communicate ideas and concepts through visual designs
• Time management and organizational skills to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines
• Knowledge of current latest design trends, emerging technologies, and best practices
