TPD L1 Engineer (Hub, MT, cTrader)

Responsibilities

L1 Support: replying to Zendesk tickets, Monitoring, L1/L2 investigation tasks

Obligatory

Preferably

Very recommended some knowledge about MetaTrader or any other Trading platform from dealer or Admin side
Experience with monitoring systems (Zabbix, etc.) is a plus

Reliability: official employment from the first day, bonuses, annual employee review (salary review or bonus, feedback on work results)
