L1 Support: replying to Zendesk tickets, Monitoring, L1/L2 investigation tasks
Requirements
Obligatory
Good knowledge of the English language (minimum level B2)
Experience with trading or Forex industry
Preferably
Very recommended some knowledge about MetaTrader or any other Trading platform from dealer or Admin side
Experience with monitoring systems (Zabbix, etc.) is a plus
