Responsibilities
- Handling incoming requests from the first level of support, clients and other departments
- Monitoring of the status of services
- Work independently on an issue relying on the knowledge gained and access to systems for which the technical department is responsible
- Determine when a problem is beyond the current level of competence and needs to be escalated to the next level for further resolution
- Cooperate with other levels of support and departments of the company
Requirements
- Experience in technical support 1+ year, 3+ years total work experience on various positions
- Proficiency in understanding and working with API, with a preference for gRPC, as well as experience with Postman
- Basic knowledge of SQL
- Familiarity with modern AI practices
- Experience working with oncall and incident management systems (Opsgenie, Rootly, PagerDuty, etc.)
- English proficiency at or above the Upper Intermediate level (most of communication is conducted in English)
- Basic knowledge of a programming language, preferable Python
- Fluency with tables, such as Google Sheets or Microsoft Excel
Preferably
- Experience with Zendesk
- Experience in configuring flow of tickets and automation in systems like Zendesk
- Ability to read the code on the basic level, especially Go
- Experience with Kubernetes Experience with Gitlab
- Experience with MetaTrader 4/5 (trading terminal and manager) and cTrader
- Interest in forex, cryptocurrency or CFD trading, with an understanding of financial markets (types, how they work, etc)
