Software Engineer (Python)

We are looking for an experienced and skilled Python Software Engineer to join our team. As a Python Software Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining efficient and scalable applications using the Python programming language. Your expertise in Python will contribute to the development of robust and high-performance software solutions.

• Validate business and system requirements from Product Managers & Architects to transfer requirements into code
• Programming in Python
• Ensure all appropriate documentation of processes and source code is created and maintained
• Communicate effectively with colleagues, leaders, and customers throughout the organization
• Participate in expert-level troubleshooting and resolve bugs through root cause analysis, data, and system investigation

Obligatory

• 3+ years of commercial Python development experience
• Hands-on experience with Django, DRF, or FastAPI (good knowledge of Django ORM is a plus)
• Experience with scalable/high-load backend systems and microservices
• Strong SQL skills (MySQL 8+ / PostgreSQL 15+): transaction isolation and query optimization
• Experience with message brokers and background tasks (RabbitMQ, Celery, Redis).
• Writing unit and integration tests, maintaining documentation
• Effective communication and teamwork skills

Preferably

• Experience with high-load/distributed systems and resilient architecture AI or LLM integration Deep understanding of REST and CI/CD
