Hired and led multi-country teams; coached hunters and farmers; managed PIPs and presidents-club performers.
Closed 6–7 figure multi-product deals; strong familiarity with FIX connectivity, WL/hosted models, and broker tech stacks.
Salesforce power user with proven forecast rigor and dashboard creation.
Language: Fluent English and Cantonese or Mandarin (required).
Preferably
Experience partnering with primes, ISVs (bridges, OMS/EMS), PSPs, IB networks.
Built repeatable enablement programs with Product/Marketing.
