Responsibilities

  • Revenue Plan & Forecast: New logos, expansion, retention; forecast accuracy target within ±10%.
  • Territory & GTM: Segment by market maturity; define ICPs; coverage model (hunters vs RMs); partner strategy (primes, PSPs, IB/affiliate networks, ISVs).
  • Team Leadership: Hire, ramp, coach, and performance-manage AEs, RMs, and Presales/TAMs; set career ladders; run enablement with Product.
  • Pipeline Quality: Enforce qualification (SPICED/MEDDPICC), clean stage definitions, 3x coverage; lead weekly deal and forecast reviews.
  • Deal Strategy: Multi-product packaging, pricing, rev-share; align with Compliance, Legal, Finance, and Product.
  • Customer Experience & Churn: Drive NRR/GRR targets; QBR/MBR cadence; upsell/cross-sell motions; lead major escalations.
  • Data Discipline: Salesforce hygiene; lead-to-cash dashboards; activation and time-to-volume; margin/DSO/bad debt visibility.
  • Regional Inputs: Headcount plans, budgets, event ROI, strategic partnerships.

Requirements

Obligatory

  • 8–12+ years in institutional FX/CFD/crypto or trading tech sales/leadership across APAC.
  • Hired and led multi-country teams; coached hunters and farmers; managed PIPs and presidents-club performers.
  • Closed 6–7 figure multi-product deals; strong familiarity with FIX connectivity, WL/hosted models, and broker tech stacks.
  • Salesforce power user with proven forecast rigor and dashboard creation.
  • Language: Fluent English and Cantonese or Mandarin (required).
     

Preferably

  • Experience partnering with primes, ISVs (bridges, OMS/EMS), PSPs, IB networks.
  • Built repeatable enablement programs with Product/Marketing.
