
Quantitative Financial Engineer

Responsibilities
- Lead the development and implementation of new financial instruments, including CFDs,
futures, structured products, and bespoke derivative solutions - Design and maintain pricing models and execution algorithms to ensure efficient price
discovery, fair valuation, and competitive spreads - Oversee the integration of market data sources, prime brokers, and liquidity providers to
support new and existing products - Work in collaboration with senior management, trading desks, and liquidity teams to
refine and enhance product offerings - Act as the primary quantitative expert supporting the dealing desk, ensuring pricing
models and execution logic are optimized for trading efficiency - Provide real-time technical support to trading operations, troubleshooting pricing
anomalies and refining execution logic - Collaborate with developers to enhance trading infrastructure, improve automation, and
optimize algorithmic execution models - Oversee the development, backtesting, and implementation of proprietary pricing
engines, ensuring seamless integration into the firm’s trading architecture - Implement quant-driven monitoring tools to track market microstructure, liquidity depth,
and trading performance - Ensure that orchestration in all systems works perfectly
- Work closely with development teams, ensuring timely delivery of the necessary
features
Requirements
- Extensive experience (not less than 5 years) in Spot FX, Derivatives (Futures, Options,
Swaps), Structured Products, and CFDs - Strong expertise in derivatives pricing, market-making models, and algorithmic execution
strategies - Deep understanding of yield curve modeling, volatility surfaces, stochastic pricing
models - Prior experience working in banks, hedge funds, brokers, or proprietary trading firms in
quant-based roles - Quantitative modeling, data analysis, and trading system development
- Expertise in API-driven pricing engines, order book dynamics, and market microstructure
analysis - Experience integrating real-time pricing feeds
- Prior experience with quant-based hedging algorithms and risk control frameworks
