Product Manager

• Drive the vision and execution of the B2Core platform, ensuring it meets market needs and exceeds client expectations
• Own the full product lifecycle: from discovery and requirements gathering to launch and post-release support
• Coordinate with design, engineering, marketing, and customer success teams to deliver features on time and within scope
• Maintain a groomed product backlog, write clear and structured requirements (PRDs), and prioritize features based on business impact
• Lead customer interviews, gather feedback, and incorporate insights into the product roadmap
• Monitor product metrics (adoption, NPS, churn, etc.) and iterate on features based on performance
• Support sales and account managers with product knowledge, especially during onboarding of large or strategic clients
• Present roadmap updates and feature demos to internal stakeholders and external clients

Obligatory

• 2+ years of experience as a Product Manager in a B2B SaaS or FinTech environment
• Deep understanding of product lifecycle management and agile methodologies
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
• Proven track record of working with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality product features
• Experience with Jira, Confluence, and other product management tools
• Ability to analyze data and make decisions based on both qualitative and quantitative inputs

Preferably

• Prior experience with financial trading platforms or payment systems
• Understanding of KYC/AML processes, client onboarding flows, and FX/Crypto brokerage operations
• Experience scaling a product from MVP to mature enterprise-grade platform. Familiarity with integration of third-party services via APIs
• Russian language proficiency is a plus
