Responsibilities

  • Conduct deep pricing analytics across multiple products.
  • Build and maintain pricing models, including sensitivity analyses, elasticity models, and scenario simulations.
  • Analyze competitors’ pricing structures, packages, discounting approaches, and monetization models.
  • Develop pricing packages, discount logic, promotional offers, and financial justification for proposed pricing changes.
  • Provide data-based recommendations for pricing updates, monetization improvements, and product positioning.
  • Assess the potential impact of pricing changes on revenue, margins, conversion, and competitiveness.
  • Work closely with Product, Marketing, Finance and Leadership teams on pricing-related initiatives.
  • Prepare clear presentations that justify proposed pricing adjustments.

Requirements

Obligatory

  • Strong experience in pricing analytics, pricing strategy, product monetization or revenue management.
  • Ability to build advanced pricing models (LTV, elasticity, sensitivity, unit economics, segmented pricing, etc.).
  • Proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets at an advanced level (nested logic, arrays, modelling, scenarios).
  • Solid experience working with data: SQL, dashboards (Tableau/Power BI), analytics tools.
  • Strong understanding of product metrics and factors influencing pricing decisions.
  • Experience conducting competitive market analysis.
  • Ability to translate business questions into structured analytical frameworks.
  • Experience in creating pricing recommendations supported by data and financial logic.

  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking.
  • Ability to simplify complex models into clear business insights.
  • High level of ownership and problem-solving mindset.
  • Excellent communication skills; ability to present pricing proposals to stakeholders.
  • Proactive, structured, and detail-oriented.
  • Comfortable working with ambiguity and building frameworks from scratch.

Preferably

  • Experience in product analytics, strategy, pricing, consulting, FP&A or revenue operations.
  • Exposure to SaaS, fintech, trading, brokerage, or B2B tech is a strong plus.
  • Experience working in cross-functional teams.
