Payment Processing: Execute and monitor daily payment operations (deposits, withdrawals, client transfers) across multiple payment channels (PSPs, banks, e-wallets).
Payment Troubleshooting: investigate payment failures, mismatches, and anomalies, liaise with PSPs for resolution, and follow up until cases are closed.
Perform reconciliation: of transactions and balances using Excel and internal systems to ensure accuracy of all payment flows.
Cross-Department Collaboration: Maintain strong daily communication with internal teams (Compliance, Support, Finance) to ensure alignment on payment exceptions and operational updates.
Backoffice: Accurately update CRM and internal tools with transaction details and statuses.
Requirements
Experience: 3+ years in payments-related role with direct interaction with multiple PSPs and payment routing processes — preferably in Forex, fintech, brokerage, exchanges or similar environments.
Knowledge: Strong understanding of both fiat and cryptocurrency payments and troubleshooting payment flows.
Strong Excel skills for reconciliation, reporting, and data review (intermediate to advanced)
Shifts: Ability to work an evening shift schedule starting at 18:00 GMT + 2, with flexibility for periodic extended hours.
