• Handling incoming requests from the first level of support, clients and other departments via Zendesk tickets (first response, triage, follow‑ups)
• Monitoring of systems and alerts; initial incident investigation (L1), assist with L2 investigation tasks
• Work independently on an issue relying on the knowledge gained and access to systems for which the technical department is responsible
• Cooperate with other levels of support and departments of the company
• Create and update knowledge base articles
• Prepare, maintain, and monitor client-facing guides
• Assistance with mentorship and onboarding of new colleagues

Obligatory

• Experience in technical support 1+ year, 3+ years total work experience on various positions
• Understanding of crypto basics (blockchain types, consensus, staking, wallets)
• Basic understanding of APIs (REST concepts, HTTP methods, headers, status codes)
• English B2 or higher, plus at least one additional language
• Fluency with tables, such as Google Sheets or Microsoft Excel
   

Preferably

- Experience with Zendesk, Slack, Confluence, Jira, Google Docs

- Experience using Postman or similar tools for API testing

- Interest in forex, cryptocurrency or CFD trading, with an understanding of financial markets (types, how they work, etc)
