Responsibilities
- Define and execute a sales strategy focused on converting and retaining individual traders across key markets.
- Build the foundation for a team of sales agents and account managers
- Optimize CRM workflows and communication flows to increase conversion rates from registration to deposit.
- Drive growth through retail-facing partnerships.
- Build monitoring reports and KPI’s to track key metrics.
- Coordinate with marketing, product, and support teams to align messaging and campaign execution.
- Direct communication with clients.
Requirements
Obligatory
- 7+ years of proven sales management experience in a Multi-Regulated CFD Broker.
- Deep understanding of traders, client segmentation, and trading platforms.
- Experience managing multilingual, multi-regional sales teams.
- Strong working knowledge of CRM tools, sales pipelines, KPIs, Telephony services
- Fluency in English
Preferably
- Experience working with IB’s & Partners, lead generators, or local market promoters.
- Additional spoken languages
