Head of Product – Risk Management Platform (CFD & Crypto Markets)

Responsibilities
- Own and drive the full product lifecycle of the risk management system
- Collaborate with quant, dev, and trading teams to translate trading and risk requirements into functional specs
- Deeply understand CFD, FX, and crypto trading workflows, including margin, leverage, netting, NOP, and real-time exposure monitoring
- Manage integrations with OneZero, PrimeXM, MetaTrader, cTrader, and other APIs
- Define and prioritize product roadmap under the SAFE 6.0 agile framework
- Ensure system scalability across thousands of instruments and accounts in real-time
- Interface with institutional clients, regulators, and auditors to ensure product meets operational and compliance standards
- Benchmark performance, usability, and features against top-tier risk engines and refine accordingly
Requirements
- 5–10 years of experience in risk systems, trading infrastructure, or trading technology product management
- Previous experience with CFD, FX, or crypto markets is essential
- Solid understanding of financial risk concepts: VAR, margining, NOP, real-time P&L
- Experience working with tools like Calypso, Murex, Imagine, or similar is highly relevant
- Strong working knowledge of PrimeXM, OneZero, or FIX protocol-based platforms
- Technical acumen: able to work with devs, understand architecture, and write clear requirements
- Strong quantitative or mathematical background (finance, physics, computer science, or engineering)
- Fluent in SAFE or scaled agile methodologies
