Head of Performance Marketing (Traffic Owner)

We are looking for a strong strategist and a hands-on expert to take full ownership of our traffic acquisition through external partners and new channels. Please note: this is not a people management position with a direct team. It is a key role for an independent expert who will manage agencies and outcomes, directly impacting our business growth.


What You’ll Do (Your Areas of Ownership):

 

  1. Influencer Marketing & PR Management:

    • Oversee and manage the relationship with our current influencer marketing agency (covering YouTube, bloggers, etc.).
    • Conduct strategic selection and in-depth analysis of influencers and YouTube channels for promotional integrations. We need you to prove with data why a specific influencer will deliver results.
    • Develop creative concepts for integrations in collaboration with the agency and internal teams.
  2. Telegram Agency Management:

    • Build and lead the strategic partnership with our Telegram marketing agency, including joint planning, brief approvals, and content strategy.
    • Continuously monitor key metrics, analyze campaign performance, and generate hypotheses for growth.
  3. New Channel Testing & Launch (LinkedIn, Twitter/X):

    • Research, identify, and onboard the best agencies to launch our presence on new platforms like LinkedIn and Twitter/X.
    • Alternatively, be prepared for a hands-on launch of test campaigns to quickly validate hypotheses yourself.
    • Analyze performance and make data-driven decisions on whether to scale the channel or pivot the strategy.
  4. Paid Traffic Expertise:

    • We expect you to have a deep understanding of how paid traffic (PPC, Paid Social) works. While you won't be running campaigns daily, you must be able to effectively brief an agency, evaluate their work, and identify areas for improvement.
  5. Data & Analytics:

    • Perform deep-dive analysis of our end-to-end analytics system to find growth opportunities and optimize campaigns (you will be supported by a dedicated analyst).
    • Make data-driven decisions and prepare clear reports for leadership that translate marketing metrics into business impact.

Requirements

Obligatory

  • You have 5+ years of experience in digital marketing with a strong focus on performance.
  • Must-have: You have proven experience managing marketing agencies. You know how to speak their language, set clear KPIs, and hold them accountable for results.
  • You have successful case studies in influencer marketing and know how to distinguish a genuine influencer from one with fake engagement.
  • You are not afraid to be hands-on and can launch a test campaign on a new platform to quickly gather data.
  • You have a business-oriented mindset, not just a task-oriented one. Your first question is always, "How will this impact ROI?".
  • You are proactive and independent. You come to the table with solutions, not just problems.

Preferably

  • A significant plus: Experience in the FinTech industry and/or an understanding of the brokerage business.
