Responsibilities
- Identify & Close: Aggressively prospect and close new B2B clients. Bringing in "New Logos" is the foundation of your growth strategy and the most heavily weighted metric in your success scorecard.
- Manage the Full Deal Cycle: Own the entire sales process from initial outreach and discovery to contract negotiation and closing. You will be the primary commercial voice for the client during this phase.
- Strategic Targeting: Focus on high-value prospects where our technology stack (SaaS platforms, payment solutions, and trading infrastructure) solves critical business problems.
Requirements
- CFD Knowledge (3-5 years experience)
- Experience: 3–5+ years of complex B2B sales experience, preferably in Fintech, SaaS, Financial Services, Payments, or Technology.
- Proven Track Record: Demonstrated history of meeting or exceeding sales quotas. Should be able to speak to your specific numbers (e.g., "I grew my territory by X%" or "I closed Y number of new logos last year").
- The "Hybrid" Skill Set: must be equally comfortable hunting (cold calling, prospecting, closing) and farming (relationship building, account mapping, retention).
- Commercial Acumen: Understand how to read a contract, negotiate pricing terms, and manage a deal to closure. You understand the difference between gross revenue and net profit.
Data-Driven Mindset: Comfortable being measured by transparent KPIs and can use data to forecast your monthly performance.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Spanish and English. You can explain complex technical or financial concepts clearly to C-level executives.
