Consultative Selling: Take a consultative approach to sales by focusing on client outcomes rather than just product features. Present tailored solutions that demonstrate clear value and ROI for the client.
Strategic Account Planning: Build and maintain comprehensive account plans that map out client growth potential, usage trends, and expansion opportunities. Regularly conduct business reviews and health checks to showcase the ongoing value of B2Broker’s offerings.
Retention & Advocacy: Work proactively to drive client satisfaction and retention. Track key metrics like churn rate, Net Promoter Score (NPS), and account activity to identify risks and opportunities for improvement.
Industry & Competitive Awareness: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and regulatory changes that may impact clients. Use this knowledge to provide strategic insights and recommendations.
Reporting & CRM Management: Maintain accurate records of client interactions, revenue projections, and deal progress within CRM tools like Salesforce. Generate reports and analyze data to track performance and optimize strategies.
Requirements
Proven Track Record: 3+ years of experience in B2B relationship management, account management, or sales, preferably within the financial services or fintech industry.
Financial Market Expertise: Strong understanding of financial markets, trading technologies, and brokerage business models.
Sales & Negotiation Skills: Ability to drive revenue growth through strategic upselling and cross-selling. Proven experience negotiating and closing deals with existing clients.
Consultative Approach: Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to guide clients through complex financial solutions and demonstrate value beyond product features.
Data-Driven Decision Making: Strong analytical skills, using data insights to inform client strategies and measure success.
Executive Communication: Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
CRM Proficiency: Experience using Salesforce or similar CRM tools to manage client relationships and sales pipelines effectively.
Self-Motivated & Results-Oriented: A proactive and goal-driven mindset, with a track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
