Analysis of business processes, modeling of business processes, formation of proposals for optimization, working with corner cases
Description of business processes for new functionality being implemented in accordance with existing goals and expected key results
Collaboration with Product team to translate business requirements into functional specifications, preparing detailed documentation
Maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders (incl.C-Level), making sure to clarify business objectives and that everyone’s perspectives are considered and addressed
Create clear, unambiguous, and comprehensive requirements, user stories, and process diagrams
Participation in formulating tasks and interaction with developers, ensuring dev-teams fully understand requirements and nuances through close collaboration
UI/UX development and reception, designing the future product interface with dedicated designer, and develop prototypes
Monitoring the implementation of functional and non-functional requirements, including assistance in acceptance testing at the stage of writing test cases using the Jobs-ToBe-Done methodology
Bridge the gap between technical teams and business stakeholders by explaining business context and technical limitations
Requirements
Obligatory
Experience of 5 years as a business analyst, including at least 2 years as a Senior Business Analyst
Qualification requirements:
Deep knowledge of business analysis methodologies and techniques.
Experience with various requirements modeling and prototyping techniques.
Experience in creating specifications, documentation and user instructions.
User Stories creation skills alongside with ability to analyze and describe business processes.
Ability to structure and combine requirements from multiple stakeholders
Experience in creating process models (BPMN, UML) using relevant tools
Understanding SCRUM, KANBAN
Experience with Atlassian Jira/Confluence, Figma, Lucidchart/Miro/DrawIO
Soft-skills:
Excellent communication skills (oral and written), including the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical people in English
Ability to quickly connect to a project, understand the problem, find and propose solutions - especially in difficult or crisis situations
Strong analytical and problem solving skills
Ability to work independently and in a team, as well as collaborate effectively with remote teams
Organized, attention to detail and ability to manage multiple (2-3) tasks simultaneously Critical thinking and proactive approach
Preferably
Russian language proficience is a plus
Experience in B2B Fiat PSPs, B2B Crypto PSPs for fintech and e-commerce
An understanding of DeFi crypto solutions
Understanding of KYT/AML/Travel Rule & Client's onboarding
Knowledge of data visualization tools (e.g. Tableau, Power BI)
