Analytics Engineer

• Build, maintain, and scale data pipelines (ETL/ELT)
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to support decision-making and performance tracking for internal stakeholders, primarily Dealing and CSD departments.
• Ensure data quality, availability, and proper documentation across all supported sources

Obligatory

• 3+ years of experience in Data Analytics, Data Engineering, or Business Intelligence roles
• Strong proficiency in SQL
• Experience with data modeling and data transformation, preferably using DBT or similar tools
• Proven expertise in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau)
• Solid understanding of ETL/ELT processes and data quality best practices
• Communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
• Fluency in English (Advanced level)

Preferably

• Experience working with financial and CRM data
• Educational background in Mathematics, Economics, or Finance
• Familiarity with cloud technologies such as AWS, Azure, or GCP
