The Mandate

We are seeking a commercially proven liquidity rainmaker to expand and monetize institutional FX and Crypto trading flow across APAC.

This is a senior revenue ownership role for professionals who already operate within the institutional liquidity ecosystem — individuals who can activate established relationships, originate meaningful trading volume, and structure defensible long-term commercial frameworks.

This role carries direct P&L impact and full accountability for institutional flow generation.

Who This Role Is For

This role is designed for professionals who:

  • Have personally closed institutional liquidity agreements generating 10+ yards in monthly trading volume per client.
  • Maintain an active and monetizable network of brokers, exchanges, white-label operators, or institutional trading desks in APAC.
  • Can immediately engage decision-makers and accelerate deal cycles.
  • Understand spread economics, liquidity distribution mechanics, and margin protection strategies.
  • Operate with commercial ownership rather than transactional sales mentality.

Candidates must be prepared to provide verifiable institutional relationships during the interview process.

What You Will Own

  • Origination and activation of institutional liquidity flow across APAC.
  • Structuring and negotiating liquidity agreements involving spreads, markups, execution frameworks, and credit considerations.
  • Protecting long-term margin while remaining commercially competitive.
  • Acting as the commercial bridge between institutional clients and internal liquidity, risk, and executive teams.
  • Driving scalable and recurring volume-based revenue growth.

Product & Market Expertise Required

  • Deep understanding of FX/CFD liquidity structures.
  • Knowledge of Spot Crypto liquidity distribution.
  • Clear grasp of A-book/B-book execution models.
  • Familiarity with aggregation, routing logic, and LP competition dynamics.
  • Strong awareness of flow quality, pricing pressure, and credit exposure.

Early Success Expectations

Within the first 90 days, the successful candidate is expected to:

  • Activate 2–3 institutional liquidity clients across APAC.
  • Deliver approximately 10+ yards in combined monthly trading volume.
  • Build a visible pipeline of at least 10 qualified institutional liquidity prospects.

Requirements

  • Proven track record in institutional B2B financial markets, ideally within FX, CFD, or digital asset liquidity distribution.
  • Strong understanding of financial market structure, trading infrastructure, and liquidity-driven revenue models.
  • Demonstrated ability to build credibility and long-term trust with institutional decision-makers.
  • Advanced negotiation capability in structuring commercial terms, pricing, and liquidity agreements.
  • High level of commercial discipline with structured pipeline management and CRM proficiency.
  • Self-directed, performance-driven, and accountable for measurable revenue outcomes.
  • Fluent in English; Mandarin and/or Cantonese highly preferred.
